Terms and Conditions:

  1. Custom Made Products: All products sold on this website are custom made according to the specifications provided by the customer. As such, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please refer to our return policy
  2. Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 4 to 8 weeks. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.
  3. Placing an order

·      The online shop is open 24 hours a day but may be closed due to maintenance services. To the extent possible, we try to perform such maintenance services during the night Central European Time.

·      An order placed on a Danish public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

·      Delivery address

We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address in the area we deliver to. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

·      We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.  Contracts can only be concluded on this website. We do not process orders made in letters or faxes.

·      ORDER VALIDITY

·      Before submitting the order, you have the option of changing the information that you have provided including payment information or delivery and billing information.

·      When you click "Complete order", enter your payment information and the receipt appears on your screen you are bound by the contract of purchase.

·      If you experience any problems or made a mistake while placing your order, please contact our Customer Care, that is open Monday-Friday 9 am to 4 pm.

·      Your order has been confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from UTZON AS

 

  1. Payment procedure: Once you are submitting your order your payment will be debited.

 

  1. Refund: If we are unable to deliver your ordered product, you will be refunded within 14 days after of us confirming the delivery issue.

 

  1. Shipping:   Shipping is free.

 

  1. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
  2. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of UTZON AS and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
  3. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark

10.  NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your products are non-conforming or we have delivered the incorrect products, please contact our Customer Care. You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming or incorrect products. If you notice the non-conformity or we have delivered incorrect products at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive the products.  UTZON uses skins where some organic marks stemming from the skins natural minerals can occur. We carefully process and handcraft each piece of garment, and the result is unique and beautiful pieces marked with nature’s own signature.  Hair length and curls can vary as in nature. These marks are not considered a Non confirming product.
